“聊城和淄博本来就是一家人，也祝贺淄博队拿到亚军，也期待他们一起去贵州并肩作战，争取为山东拿到更好的成绩。感谢现场所有的观众，感谢东北赛区的主办方，也感谢中国农民体育协会，感谢山东省农民体育协会。”比赛结束后，乐平铺镇篮球队队长崔庆状难掩内心的激动之情。

在崔庆状看来，这次比赛拿到冠军，也是实至名归，是每一名队员一场一场拼出来的。最后拿到总冠军，大家都很激动，也很感动，因为这支球队太不容易了，好在最后结果很圆满。

6日晚上，淄博队也打得非常精彩。令现场球迷印象深刻的是，申守法各种高难度扣篮，各种疾如闪电的突破。

作为本次村BA篮球赛第二名的团队，淄博队也为自己所取得的成绩感到自豪和骄傲。虽然没有获得冠军，但淄博队已经尽了最大的努力去追求胜利。

纵观整场赛事，8省市16支代表队整装集结，遵守赛事规则，赛出了风采、赛出了风格，赛出了凝人心聚合力的农民体育力量。江苏代表队和东道主天津代表队收到了来自家乡父老的祝福加油视频，远在意大利训练的国手赵继伟也通过视频为家乡球队辽宁西柳镇代表队鼓劲助威。

山东骑行，泰安市岱岳区

过去我以为泰安市区只有一个区。

没想到，有俩。

岱岳区、泰山区。

一大一小。岱岳区是一个“凹”字型，填平中间凹进去那一块的就是泰山区。不过，泰山区把泰山市的精华——泰山+核心市区给划走了。

城郊+乡下，都属岱岳区。

虽然，过去我不知道泰安有两个区，但是不影响我熟悉泰安市，而且是非常熟悉。毕竟泰山在这里，我自己来爬，陪外地朋友来爬，爬了无数遍了。

泰山好爬吗

我登顶大约需要三个小时。

属于比较快的。

单纯“爬山”这个概念来讲，泰山属于难度系数比较大的，并不是说多危险，而是多是台阶路，玩户外的都知道，爬台阶是最累的。

泰安名缘于何

国泰民安

对的！

不过，国泰民安也是缩写，古人云：泰山安则四海皆安。

最初我规划的骑行线路是走环山线，不过环山没有专门的非机动车道。疫情期间可以，没车，没人，疫情放开就不行了，又叠加了春节，到处人山人海。

太危险。

于是，我选了东岳大街。

一路向西。

先经过了位于岱岳区的泰山学院，我有大学同学在这里工作。这个校区位置选的真好，背靠泰山，风水宝地。我不了解现在的登山政策，过去在这里借个学生证就能免门票，随意爬。有年我去北京，路过泰安，同学喊我夜爬泰山，半山腰有个天池，我们还脱了光腚跳进去，游够了再下山，然后去蹦迪。

那时蹦迪流行拿门票抽奖，我还抽了一等奖，一台29英寸的大电视，老式的，送给了同学。

我同学是教师范生的。

现在联系少了，因为有价值观冲突。

我认为，好孩子是生出来的。

他认为，好孩子是教出来的。

他经常带学生到各个学校听课、教育实习，比较了解泰安市教育现状。他认为岱岳区与泰山区的教育差距不是一点半点，最根本的差距就是老师的差距。岱岳区的老师注重的是课堂氛围，把学生调动的嗷嗷的，而泰山区的老师呢 则注重备课。我今早还特意去他朋友圈翻了翻，翻到了这么一句：我们的课改形式无论多漂亮，若离开了老师大量史料的补充，历史概念的明确，深入浅出的拓展讲解，学生表演得再突出也没有灵魂。

说给我听的

我认为是生源的差距。

过去，能考个泰山学院，就算考上好大学了。

现在

只要不是985与211，基本等于没上大学。

前两年，有朋友给我写信，他是应聘到了杭州一所中学，过五关斩六将，后来被PASS掉了，原因就是第一学历是泰山学院。

骑行山东全过程，我很少对房子心动，尤其是楼房。在我来看，我们的居住发展方向一定是欧美化，大HOUSE，大庭院。

但是，我路过泰山脚下这些小区时，还是有那么一丝心动。

若是在这里买套房子，每天去爬爬泰山。

养老生活，不是很完美吗

而且，泰安的交通一定是最便利的，无论是高铁还是飞机，毕竟要方便世界各地的人来爬泰山嘛！

有人天天爬吗

有！

那些上山打水的老头老太，每天都爬。

以前我们经常遇到穿短裤的老年登山队，他们全程几乎都是跑爬，一天一个来回。我认识的一位作者，在泰安干过大BOSS，他说他爬过1000多次泰山，我记不准到底是100多次还是1000多次，若是100多次又太少，1000多次呢 又太多，难道任期除了爬山没别的事

国学热的时候，泰安的各大酒店，没别的，全是搞国学培训的。

一爬山，很容易遇到他们。

老师一边爬一边讲。

还有西藏的喇嘛们也来上课。

这些搞国学培训的，很在意“气场”，他们觉得，泰山是帝王之气。那时山东各EMBA若是不组织学员爬一次泰山，等于没毕业。山东泰山足球队每年新赛季都要去泰山顶上拍张合影。

这都是正规军。

不正规的，那就多了去。

前些年，有朋友到泰山脚下辟谷，就是野先生搞的。一人一屋，没有手机，没有灯光，只有厕所与床，你也不知道现在是几月几号，饭也是随机送。

饿不死就行。

28天后出来。

说是让你反思人生。

都说收获很大，然后再传朋友过去……

泰山真正有竞争力的点，就是历史+气场。

论雄伟 跟华山没法比。

论漂亮 跟黄山没法比，看票价就行了。

黄山旅游还是上市公司呢！

泰山旅游不是

曾经是！

后来，被“浪潮软件”借壳了。

浪潮总部在济南。

浪潮软件总部在泰安岱岳区。浪潮集团下面有两家上市公司，除了“浪潮软件”还有一家“浪潮信息”。

浪潮软件，行业信息化综合解决方案提供商，客户遍布司法、政务、警务、通信、金融、烟草等等各行业。

浪潮信息，做服务器的，连续10年蝉联国产服务器销量与销售额第一名。

我上大学时，浪潮还产普通PC。

后来，就专注于服务器了。

浪潮软件这类公司，小地方留不住，重心慢慢从岱岳区转移到了济南，还会再从济南转移到北京或上海，前些年就一直传言总部要搬到雄安。

为什么

人才浓度决定的。

顶级程序员不愿意到泰安工作。

泰山旅游年轻时不懂事，把最值钱的“壳”卖了，20年后，突然醒悟了，准备把泰山文旅集团整体打包上市……

上市是对一个品牌的再次拔高。

如黄山旅游。

如贵州茅台。

泰山旅游，一定要扬长避短，长就是历史，是“群山之巅”，短就是景色。啥 你说泰山不美

是的。

国内名山我基本爬了个遍。

论景色，泰山属于中游，甚至以下。

线路也单薄。

黄山才开发了一个角落，就已经非常震撼了。泰山一到冬天就没法看了，而黄山呢 一年四季各有看点。若论日出 那就没法比了。

黄山你再牛，也是弟弟。

你连五岳都没进，何况我还是五岳之首。

就要深耕文化。

一是出版领域。

二是演出经济。

一本书，出自泰山脚下，那就有了力量。岱岳区还真搞了这么一个新闻出版小镇。官方介绍：计划总投资400亿元，依托泰山文化，承接北京新闻出版领域外溢项目，汇聚国内外新闻出版行业优质资源，打造出版印刷产业集群，被列为国家特色示范小镇。

全山东，最适合搞演唱会的地方就是泰安。

第一，交通方便。

第二，文化之巅。

敢在泰山脚下开演唱会，那是王者之志……

这方面，全山东日照搞的最好，建了国际级的体育场，承接国内外体育赛事，北京国安足球队一度把主场放在日照，每年还搞摇滚节。

但是，日照属于交通盲端，文化厚度和泰安更没法比。

要建一流的体育场，就选在泰山脚下，把山东泰山足球队的主场设在这里，然后承接各类演唱会。

看完演唱会，怎么也要连夜爬个泰山吧

只需要守住泰山这个大IP就行了，不需要过多开发周围的小IP，什么九女峰，什么泰山西湖。

泰山西湖在岱岳“凹”字型的左“凸”里，紧挨着东岳大街，离泰山只有十分钟车程。它最早叫大河水库，水库当久了就成了湖，改名为天平湖，后来觉得天平湖也不够性感，改为了泰山西湖。

蹭西湖热度

不过，人家是这么读的，泰山西，湖。

我对泰山西湖没有一点好印象。疫情都放开了，我骑自行车进去打卡，让三个保安把我嗷嗷训了一顿，好客山东

没办法，这里是泰安，旅游高度市场化了。

哪像淄博

初出茅庐。

淄博火久了，就成了泰安。

旅游市场，真诚不是常态，游客属性决定了，一锤子买卖才是主旋律。市场是双向选择的结果，淄博主动打压酒店定价，完全是反市场行为，短期很暖人，后期很容易被反噬。

过去，泰山西湖一圈不少别墅，全是独栋的大院子。

很简单的道理，泰山虹吸全球有钱人。

咱都觉得泰安适合养老，有钱人能不知道吗

20年前，泰山正脚下就不少别墅。

2005年左右，拆了。

不管有没有手续，一律拆。

我这次骑车发现，泰山西湖一圈的别墅，也拆的差不多了。

这个事，已经无关有没有手续了。

上升到了生态保护的高度了，属于民生工程，有手续该拆也必须拆。

所以，我看泰山山脉脚下的一些民宿项目，未来也玄乎。目前做的最好的应该是九女峰的故乡的云，鲁商集团投资的，整个项目非常高大上。

山顶建了一个白云造型的书店。

山谷有一个与水面呼应的月亮。

山顶是故乡的云。

山谷是故乡的月。

设计团队很自信，说该项目大有与泰山主景区分庭抗礼之意。

故乡的云被评为山东最值得打卡的书店，我作为书店老板必须专门过去打过卡。先不说这个项目如何，单是进山的道路就不行，路太窄，太危险，就是过去的硬化了一下，错车都很难。

适合去玩越野。

九女峰山下过去做过越野基地。

我不知道现在还有没有。

从书店老板角度来看故乡的云，那我觉得太业余了，只能说是摆着书的咖啡店，一杯奶茶40块钱。

没啥看点。

山下也是如此。设计的好吗

的确好。

但是，没有考虑气候因素，注定保持不住。

建筑大量的使用了玻璃，山东人心里没数吗

这玻璃，天天擦也会脏。

我的直观感受是，这个项目不会太火，也很难持久。有个很重要的原因，来泰安旅游的人，基本只有一个目的，爬泰山，不会愿意跑到这么偏僻的山沟住宿。

在泰安做旅游相关的产业，就一个原则，与文化挂钩。

例如，过去可以卖卖泰山石。

现在，不允许卖了。

之前，在泰山周围有很多石材基地，比费县的还壮观，也有名气，毕竟泰山本身就有石敢当，镇宅。

现在，明面上不让卖了，地下交易依然活跃。

毕竟，有需求。

旅游市场上卖的那些小的泰山石，多是河南产的。

我书店有一块很大的泰山石，是泰安一位朋友送给我的。他当时是来跟我告别的，他被选中了，进京，开局就是副处。我记得分手时，我握着他的手说：苟富贵，无相忘。

我们这里盖房子，有本事的弄块泰山石，没本事的，就在砖上刻上五个字：泰山石敢当。

岱岳区没有缓冲，一般城市都是出了城区是农村，然后才是另外一座城市。

岱岳区不是，沿东岳大街一路向西，繁华着繁华着，突然导航提醒，您已经进入山东省济南市。

与岱岳区搭界的是长清区。

我骑车那天，搭界的这个位置，正好逢年集。

人山人海。

跟我老家的大集唯一的区别是，我们那边猪肉摊是主角，这里羊肉摊是主角。我在羊肉摊看了好久，一只羊，两三个买家就分了，流水线杀羊。

我在年集上买了俩“泰山火烧”，说是市级非物质文化遗产。

就是油饼。

之所以有名，说是乾隆吃过。

我的直觉是岱岳区不会朝西发展，因为西边受限，一出城就到了济南，应该会朝南发展。岱岳区的南大门就是大汶口镇。

大汶口镇有大汶口遗址。

理顺了这个关系后，我突然理解了一个景区。前些年泰安搞了个“太阳部落”主题公园，到处做广告，还弄了个大猩猩在那里。

当时我觉得这是胡搞。

现在我突然明白了。

太阳部落依托的就是大汶口文化，采用现代技术装备，通过趣味互动以及冒险挑战让游客体验史前文化。

这两年，没怎么看到太阳部落的广告。

我以为倒闭了呢

原来，还活的好好的。

大汶口镇还有个网红打卡点，古石桥。除了石桥还有中国历史文化名村山西街村，村里还有建于乾隆年间的山西会馆，其他老宅、老商铺、寨门都保持着原来的模样。

大汶口镇的工业园也搞的非常好，最有名的就是泰山玻璃纤维。这里拥有全球单线产能最大的玻璃纤维生产线，2021年产能达到120万吨，利润达到35亿元。

咋没上市呢

它爹上市了，中材科技。

原来如此。

沂水也有家玻璃纤维公司，也是上市公司，不过总部在沂源。

岱岳区除了浪潮软件只有一家上市公司，“精准信息”。“精准信息”过去主要是做矿业安全工程的，看公司名称就行了，尤洛卡矿业安全工程股份有限公司，不过现在做的业务比较多比较杂，业绩平平。

泰安，全域范围内，上市公司都比较少。

看条新闻：新泰市新巨丰科技包装股份有限公司成功上市，打破了泰安12年无A股上市公司的困局。

但是，这不影响泰安市区有些企业做的非常好。

例如做绳网的鲁普耐特，在业内很有名气。

我这次骑车，还在东岳大街发现了一个有意思的产品，小海豚加油站，有点类似网红店，设计的非常漂亮。我特意过去问了问才知道，这不是泰安的品牌，而是东营的。

背后依托的是海科集团。海科本身是做炼化的，等于从源头保证了油品。也就是加油站手续不好批，若是好拿手续，这个值得加盟。

这个品牌绝对能起来。

护城河再稳固的市场，也很容易被颠覆。

因为，总有创新思维的存在。

我骑车那天，临近春节了，泰安市区的老百姓也忙于准备过节。我看到酒厂门口排了上百米的长队，每人手里拿个塑料桶，我拍了张照片发朋友圈，问，这是排队干什么

有人猜核酸。

有人猜接山泉水。

其实，是打白酒。

山东各酒厂都有类似的服务，只是没有这么密集。过节了，提前打上一桶，氛围就来了，心底也热了。

这是泰山酒业的门口。

那，泰山7天鲜啤是不是也来自泰山酒业

不是。

那是泰山啤酒。

目前，全山东范围内，鲜啤领域唯一可以跟青岛啤酒叫板的就是泰山鲜啤，尤其是年轻人，超级喜欢。

我也喜欢。

一次充卡千多块钱，没多久就喝光了。

泰山鲜啤迅速蔓延了全山东。

一个县城就能有几家加盟店，我曾经极力怂恿朋友去做这个业务，不为赚钱，哪怕是积累本地这么多优秀客户人脉资源也足够了。

鲜啤，我一般都是喝泰山的7天，偶尔喝28天，啤酒我多喝青岛的皮尔森。泰山鲜啤能火只有一个原因，的确好喝。

偶尔，朋友喊我去爬山，我们都是提前一天到，晚上先喝鲜啤，吃烧烤，爬完以后再来一遍。

看企业数据：采用“互联网+圈层+社群”模式，2014年至2020年，泰山啤酒年复合增长率达到33.5%，2020年前5个月依旧实现26%的增速。

更牛的是什么

泰山啤酒是私企，东莞一家包装公司控股了90%。老板咋这么有眼光

两个契机。

第一、2000年左右，国产啤酒巨头跑马圈地，泰山啤酒也活不下去了，但是没人要，东莞这家包装公司正好有业务往来，老板就决定把泰山啤酒这个品牌买下来。当然，也许仅仅是看中了“泰山”这俩字。

第二、2010年，泰山啤酒聘请德国专家格哈特·卢特哈德研发打造的首款短保质期原浆啤酒——“7天鲜活”下线进入市场，免费赠饮，培养了一批死忠粉。

真正火，应该也就是近五年。

泰山啤酒若是运作好了，完全可以上市。唯一的弊端是，鲜啤对辐射半径有要求，除非再次跑马圈地，不断的去收购酒厂，然后做半径辐射。

我骑行山东，发现三类加盟很强势。

八马茶业，霸占各区县C位。

蜜雪冰城，霸占各步行街C位。

泰山鲜啤，一个县城至少两家。

还有两点：

一，各县城商业街有半壁江山是品牌金店。

二，牙科诊所装修的越来越高大上。
